Hours of operation: Mon-Fri 9:30am- 5:00pm

• We Do Not operate on Weekends & Holidays.
• Carriers only deliver Mondays to Fridays but with exemption.
• Cut Off is 12 Noon (Customer Standard Time) All orders after 12 PM usually ships the next Business Day. 
• FRIDAY - all orders after 12PM will be shipped the next BUSINESS DAY.
• 2ND DAY AIR service requested on a Wednesday after 12PM will be received on Monday (If not a HOLIDAY).  
• 2ND DAY AIR Service shipment on a THURSDAY before the cut-off time will be delivered by Monday (If not a HOLIDAY). 
• 3 DAY SELECT SERVICE ON A WEDNESDAY WITHIN OR AFTER CUT OFF will be delivered either MONDAY or TUESDAY (If not a HOLIDAY).
• ORDER placed during WEEKEND will be processed the NEXT BUSINESS DAYS but still vary on the volume of ORDERS we received.
• ANY REQUEST FROM HOLIDAYS will be fulfilled the NEXT BUSINESS DAY but still depends on the amount of the orders our RETAIL TEAM has. 
• AS THE SEASON STARTS, SOME REQUESTS PLACED BEFORE CUT OFF ItalyN'T BE PROCESSED QUICKLY AND ItalyNNOT BE SHIPPED OUT SAME DAY DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF ORDERS WE ACQUIRED PRIOR. We are humbly asking for your understanding and rest assured that  IS A "FIRST IN FIRST OUT BASIS".

UPS Ground Shipping — This is a fast and affordable option for orders delivered to home or business addresses in the continental United States. Delivery times of 5 to 6 business days depending on location.

UPS 3-Day, 2-Day and Overnight Shipping — Fast delivery and complete trackability of your order from the time it leaves /K.O CLOTHING/FROST ORGINALS warehouse until it arrives at your front door. Saturday and Sunday are not shipping days.

 *Please note, If delivery fails or not accepted you will be responsible for the return shipment costs*

UPS DO NOT LEAVE PACKAGES WITHOUT CUSTOMER'S SIGNATURE. ANY PARCEL WITHOUT RECEIVER WILL EITHER BE RETURNED TO WAREHOUSE OR DROP OFF POINT.

*Orders with a weight of over 50 total lbs. or that require multiple package shipments, may be subject to shipping charges that are higher than our standard rates. Orders meeting these provisions, will be held, and you will be contacted for approval on additional shipping charges before releasing your order for shipment.

Estimated Shipping Time

 Most orders ship within one business day. Packages are only shipped Monday — Friday, excluding Holidays.

Please be aware that orders shipped to an address other than the verified billing address may require extra processing time of 1-2 business days for security checks.
